The Big 5 test taught me that I :

  • Thrive on new ideas and creative thinking.
  • Am highly relaxed and spontaneous, tending to avoid rigid obligations.
  • Am extremely introspective and find deep satisfaction in solitary activities.
  • Am sometimes cooperative but also prioritize my own needs and boundaries.
  • Often feel anxious, worried, or frustrated, and sometimes struggle to relax under stress.

Here's how I scored in terms of percentiles :

  • Open-Mindedness - 87 percentile
  • Conscientiousness - 12 percentile
  • Extraversion - 5 percentile
  • Agreeableness -39 percentile
  • Negative Emotionality - 87 percentile

The strengths I have identified such as openmindness can help me to empathise and be of service to others.

@Angelanj

Thanks for sharing your results! 😊 Your high open-mindedness really stands out and can be a great strength when supporting others, as it helps you stay curious, understanding, and willing to see different perspectives <3 I also think your introspective nature can help you connect deeply with people and reflect thoughtfully on their experiences

At the same time, it's great that you're aware of areas you'd like to work on, such as managing stress and building consistency. Self-awareness is an important first step toward growth, this where i struggle to. I can relate so much of this :)

Wishing you all the best as you continue learning more about yourself and using your strengths to support others! We got this together 😊.

Way to goo *hugs* <3

What were the main things you learned about yourself?

I do know what type of person am I, so there wasn't a main or new things I learned about myself. I am learning to stand up for myself so, it was nice reading the feedback on Agreeableness. There are some areas that I need to work on, and I will surely do. Altogether, it was fun to do this test and read through the results.

What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

Open-Mindedness 87 percentile and Negative Emotionality 22 percentile, these are my strengths as per the test. Now, that I think about it. I barely used to have anything in mind, while talking about my strengths in interview and rest. But now, I can clearly see the score and talk about these two areas more fluently. Learning about these strengths through the test, strengthen my self-confidence and has also excited me to explore more about myself. I do know I am like this and that, but not in detail and these test are helping me to dive deeper.

I am loving these test honestly, and really appreciate 7 cups community for introducing us to these.

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

Most of the results matched how I see myself. I learned that I have a balanced personality—I enjoy exploring new ideas while also valuing structure and practicality. I was also interested to see that I lean slightly toward being extroverted, but still appreciate quiet time when I need it. The biggest takeaway for me was learning that I generally remain calm under pressure, which I think helps me handle challenges with a clear mind.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

My results followed the OCEAN personality model:

  • Open-Mindedness (63%) – I am open to new ideas and experiences while staying grounded and practical.
  • Conscientiousness (72%) – I am organized, disciplined, and responsible, which helps me stay focused on my goals.
  • Extraversion (64%) – I enjoy interacting with people and working in teams, while still valuing personal time to recharge.
  • Agreeableness (68%) – I care about others' feelings, value cooperation, and try to maintain positive relationships.
  • Negative Emotionality (25%) – I tend to stay calm and composed, even during stressful situations, and I don't worry easily.

Understanding my personality helps me recognize both my strengths and areas for continued growth. Knowing that I am organized, open-minded, empathetic, and emotionally resilient gives me confidence in how I approach relationships, studies, and future career opportunities. It also encourages me to continue developing these qualities while staying aware of situations where I can become even more adaptable and effective.

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

I learnt that I am not very good with order, and schedules and I am sort of go with the flow type person.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life

?

I think my strength is my curiosity, the ability to just do something with my 100% if I like it, so I will be focusing on identifying those topics and just give my best.

@Hope thanks for sharing <3

What were the main things you learned about yourself? The results reflected a lot of what I already knew about myself. I enjoy learning new ideas, like being organised, and tend to think carefully before making decisions.

What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life? My strengths were openness, conscientiousness and agreeableness. Alongside my tendency to think strategically, I think these qualities help me approach challenges thoughtfully while also building supportive relationships, both in my personal life and as a 7 Cups listener.

@Hope ✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself? that i thrive on new ideas and i can also be talkable if i find the company desired enough.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

i think my ability to analyse is one of the most important strengths in me, which further leads to the fact that no matter the situation i do not panic. i know deep down that i can analyse and more often than not break down all issues unto many smaller issues. literally everything i know is compartmentalized sort off in my brain.

@Hope

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

I learned that I am a bit of an extravert which I kind of understand but not really since I call myself an introvert with slight extrovertness but now that I think about it more I think may be a mix of both sometimes.

I also learned I had Negative Emotionality which i'm not sure is true cause i'm usually stressing about life so me mostly being calm is a bit suspicious to me cause that's not always me. I may seem calm on the outside but i'm usually the opposite on the inside.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

Open-Mindedness: You enjoy exploring unique perspectives and pushing boundaries

Conscientiousness: You prefer a laid-back approach but still meet essential responsibilities

Extraversion: You are friendly and sociable, but also appreciate occasional quiet moments

Agreeableness: You are sometimes cooperative but also prioritize your own needs and boundaries

Negative Emotionality: You are calm, resilient, and rarely experience anxiety or worry

Knowing my strengths can definitely help me with my family and friends. It can also definitely help me in understanding more about myself and keeping relationships.

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
The test results gave me a really clear look at how I manage stress. My Negative Emotionality score was quite low, which confirmed that I am naturally a secure and even-tempered person when things get chaotic. Seeing my day-to-day reactions validated by the data was eye-opening.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
  • Open Mindedness: Highly curious and always looking for creative solutions.
  • Conscientiousness: Prefer flexibility and spontaneity over strict schedules.
  • Extraversion: Very outgoing and highly energized by social gatherings.
  • Agreeableness: Empathic and deeply considerate of other people's needs.
  • Negative Emotionality: Consistently calm, secure, and rarely overwhelmed.

Recognizing these traits highlights my empathy and social adaptability as my core strengths. In my personal life, my high extraversion and agreeableness help me build strong friendships and support people during difficult times. Knowing that I naturally lean toward spontaneity also reminds me to actively practice better time management in my daily routine.
