I like to be careful with quotes, especially here, because they can be interpreted in a hundred ways, which can make them painful for some people.
The one below, about "being free" doesn't talk about literal freedom, at least for me. I interpret it as freedom of choice, which makes it perfect for this thread, or that is what I'd like to think.
The 'Doing good' part, I interpret as helping and supporting in any way you can. Be it caring for yourself, for others, or about being a leader. Any of the above are equally important to me.
