Looking at the wide expanse of the sparkling blue sky and the twinkling stars gives me a deep sense of freedom, as if I have wings to fly high and wide. Being in the lap of nature connects me closer to myself as well as to God.

As a child I used to sleep with my family and grandma on the terrace under the blue umbrella and radiant stars of the sky.

Each full moon 🎑 night I sit and meditate on my open terrace. Its so calming and super empowering.

When I look at the sky, I search for stars (light pollution is horrible in my area). I usually look at the moon and think about the friends and people I have met from all around the world and remember that they look at the same sky. It makes me feel small but also connected to the rest of the world. Makes me feel less alone.

I live near a city so the sky is to light to see the Milky Way, but when I have been out camping far from the city, I look up and see the Milky Way and it is totally amazing. I feel part of our whole galaxy.

Hi there Crang~

When I look up at the Night-Sky (depending on where I'm at, or how clear the night is), when Its a dark moon-lit night with millions of stars I can be thinking so many things!

If its in the Spring or Summer-time, I find that it expands my inner dreams of the places that I want to go to or still wish to see and travel to.... It makes me think of the dreams that I still want to accomplish and full-fill for myself ahead~

If its in the Fall or Winter, I am reminded of the all the dark, starry nights that I grew up in up North with my family. And all of the holidays that I spent there with them as a child. The warm snuggly feelings of snowy winters and watching the snowfall in the night against the black skies. It reminds me of all the times as a child how I would look up into the night & look at the stars and moon and dream away at my future. And what I would be doing, who I would be with, where I would be at, and what I would become~

Till this day, I still think of those things when I see a dark starry night~

It makes me wonder about the vastness of it , think about how it would feel to touch cloud or would that even be possible. I think what would happen if I were to fly and lot more.

When I look at the sky at night I feel very peaceful but also in some way connected knowing we are not alone here, there is so much more and all is connected in a very special way.

Thank you for this mindful check in. I usually do not take into consideration on just looking at the dark sky. When I do I see colors, I see many stars even some moving. I listen to the wind or animal and bug noises. I wonder how many stars there is? I also say a small prayer to my loved ones who past.❤️
