I've been registered as a listener at 7cups for a while already and I can say I really enjoy trainings and self-help guides which are provided on this web-site. They are not only handy when talking with a member who wants to be heard, but also interesting and useful for every day life and personal life.
Moreover, I find it comfortable that you can take notes while reading the trainings/guides and save them for the future purposes. Very handy!
And little badges you get for completing these trainings serve as symbolic reward for your time and attentiveness.
