Support in Every Language: Share a Message of Care in Honor of 7 Cups Turning 13!
As part of 7 Cups Turns 13 and #13YearsofCare, we’re celebrating the many ways care is shared across our global community.
For this birthday activity, we invite you to submit a short supportive message or letter answering this question:
What would you say to someone who is struggling right now?
Your message can be:
- a few kind words
- a short note of encouragement
- a message of hope
- a reminder someone may need to hear today
You’re welcome to write your message in your own language. Because care is universal - and sometimes the most comforting words are the ones that feel most like home.
You can use the 7 Cups 13 Years of Care birthday frame below to share your message and help spread awareness of 7 Cups and the support our community offers.
How to Participate
1) Write a short supportive message for someone who may be struggling. Feel free to write it in your own language. If comfortable, sign it with a first name/username/pseudonym and also mention your country.
2) Add your message inside the 7 Cups Turns 13 birthday frame
3) Reply to this post with your finished submission
Not Sure What to Write?
Here are some ideas:
- “You are not alone.”
- “It’s okay to take things one step at a time.”
- “Even now, there is hope.”
- “You deserve care, kindness, and support.”
Through this activity, we hope to show that no matter where we come from or what language we speak, care can still reach someone who needs it.

1) ګوره څه بلند مقام دی د اخلاص
Gora tsa buland maqām de da ikhlās
Behold, how lofty is the rank of sincerity.
چې جهان واړه غلام دی د اخلاص
Che jahān wāṛa ghulām de da ikhlās
For the whole world is a servant of sincerity.

2) که له ځمکې و اسمان ته خاته ګران دي
Ka la zmake wo asmān ta khāta grān de
If ascending from the earth to the heavens is difficult,
دا سفر په یوه ګام دی د اخلاص
Dā safar pa yawa gām de da ikhlās
This journey is but a single step through sincerity.

3) چې خبر کا مخلصان له علمِ
غیبه
Che khabar kā mukhlisān la ilm-e-ghaiba
Those who are sincere are granted knowledge of the unseen,
دا همه واړه الهام دی د اخلاص
Dā hama wāṛa ilhām de da ikhlās
For all such inspiration springs from sincerity.

4) د رواج او رسم عمر مدام
نه وي
Da riwāj aw rasm umar mudām na wi
Customs and traditions do not endure forever,
لکه عمر چې مدام دی د اخلاص
Laka umar che mudām de da ikhlās
But the life of sincerity is everlasting.

5) بې اخلاصه د اسلام حلاوت
نشته
Be ikhlāsa da Islām halāwat nashta
Without sincerity, the sweetness of Islam cannot be found.
که اسلام دی خو اسلام دی د اخلاص
Ka Islām de kho Islām de da ikhlās
True Islam is the Islam of sincerity.
6) څه عجب دی که مستان وي ترې چاپېره
Tsa ajab de ka mastān wi tre chāpera
It is no wonder that the spiritually intoxicated gather around it,
هر ساقي څخه چې جام دی د اخلاص
Har sāqi tsakha che jām de da ikhlās
For every cupbearer offers the cup of sincerity.

7) څه عجب دی له هما چې په دام نښلي
Tsa ajab de la Humā che pa dām nashli
It is no surprise if even the Huma bird is caught,
هر صیاد څخه چې دام دی د اخلاص
Har sayyād tsakha che dām de da ikhlās
When every hunter's snare is woven from sincerity.

8) پس له مرګه به دا مهر و
اخلاص نه وي
Pas la marga ba dā mehr wa ikhlās na wi
After death, there will be no opportunity for such love and sincerity.
که اخلاص کړې نن هنګام دی د اخلاص
Ka ikhlās kre nan hangām de da ikhlās
If you wish to be sincere, today is the time for sincerity.

شیرین دی
Da Rahmān kalām pa dā sabab shīrīn de
Rahman's poetry is sweet for this very reason:
