newbie here. haven't felt a human touch or hug in many years. been agoraphobic since the pandemic but had severe social anxiety before that. trying to break through that and maybe get back to some 12 step meetings to get a real hug. sad. and yes I read all 13 forum guidelines. so many rules...so little time. I suppose it would be nice if everyone in our current American society adhered to these basic rules of common decency.
