💛 Self-Love Badge: for doing something nice for yourself everyday for a month
@Ne8: Todos los dias me hablo bonito, y me digo lo mucho que me merezco. / Every day I speak kindly to myself, and I tell myself how much I deserve.
@AnY09: Loving myself, but enforcing self- love. Journaling, meditating, breathing exercises, taking care of myself, doing my hobbies. To fully be my own best friend and loving myself.
@2Ears2Hear: Everyday I practice self-love with prayer and meditation for the last 12years.
@peacefulTurtle2516: I try to practice self-care everyday. It can be as simple as doing breathing exercises, doing my hair or eating on time.
@PeacefulMind10: Hearing music which I love and inviting myself to something sweet upon passing exams :)
@Evelyn212: I value alone time, I believe this is a way of self love for myself, of course it is different for everyone, but I focus on self-love by providing myself time alone, focusing and enjoying doing things I love and that would improve my mental health just by finding it alone. Finding the Power in myself is key, I do things like reading, painting, working on anything that inspires me, even having a self care day doing nothing and refreshing my mind helps me alot.
@Chirayuvora: I believe I deserve the Self-Love Badge because I actively practice and promote self-care, emotional awareness, and healthy boundaries. I have worked on understanding my own emotions, being kind to myself during difficult times, and encouraging others to do the same. Through reflection, patience, and consistent effort, I try to choose growth over self-criticism and compassion over judgment. My journey with self-love is ongoing, and I genuinely strive to model and share this mindset within the 7 Cups community.
@adi4u: I take some care of me everyday like walking , journaling etc
@daraa18: Because I love my confetti and myself, and I can help people with that, cinfetence is the key
@BrentNextDoor: i've been dealing with a lot, and once a week, i make sure to give myself a "self-care" day, where i do what i want without thinking of the outcome, of course, without doing things that'll bring me and others down.
@LiveLove8979: I believe that everyone should love the selves how theya re and i tru to spread that to everyoen i see and talk to because i feel that even though all of us are different we are all amazing and special in our own ways
@tiramiisu: we are working with my therapist for that, i try to find a beautiful moment each they and write them into little papers and collect them. and to get my depression better i try to meet up with friends once a week!
@Bangtonfired: Because I do care myself and take my comfort at first priority
@GroundedByGrace: I believe I should be awarded the Self-Love Badge because I actively practice compassion, understanding, and patience with myself as I navigate personal growth and challenges. I recognize my own worth, celebrate small victories, and approach my thoughts and emotions with curiosity rather than judgment. As a listener on 7 Cups, I also model self-love by maintaining healthy boundaries, reflecting on my own emotional responses, and encouraging members to do the same. I understand that showing care and respect for myself allows me to be fully present and supportive for others.
@Layla5091: I believe I deserve the Self-Love Badge because I’ve made a consistent effort to care for my own mental and emotional well-being while supporting others. Each day, I’ve practiced small acts of self-kindness — whether that’s resting, setting boundaries, or doing something that helps me recharge — so I can show up as a better, more present listener. This month has helped me build healthier habits and a stronger sense of balance, and I’m proud of that.
@yhyhereforyou: I had a 30 days challenge to find something that I like, to develop new hobbies. Now I found painting, acting, and piano as my main ones. I am now working to lay my favourite soundtrack on my keyboard.
@AD2204: it is cuz i have stuck to my new year resolution where at the end of each day i write 3 new things i am grateful for :)
@crystaldawn76: I think this would be able a good learning experience for me. I do not practice a lot of self love and it is important, especially when helping others.
@KellyBx: For the first time ever, I've managed to exercise even a little bit every day for nearly 3 months now
@CosmicMochi: I have been taking care of myself in every way I can be at my best and help others better.
@IamSkyBlueAakash: Hi, I would like to apply for the Self-Love Badge. Over time, I have been trying to be more kind and patient with myself in small, everyday ways. It is not always easy, but I make a conscious effort to do at least one small thing for myself each day, whether it is taking proper rest, giving myself a break, or speaking to myself a little more gently. I have realised that self-love is not something big or perfect, but something we practice slowly, day by day. Some days are better, some are not, but I try to be understanding towards myself through it all. Being part of this community has also reminded me how important it is to care for ourselves, so that we can be present for others as well. This badge would mean a lot to me and encourage me to continue this journey with consistency and compassion. Thank you for your time and consideration 🤍
@leahmalay23: i think i try to show my self love and also try to help others self love and try to love themselves before anything and trying to show them how important it is
@colorfulHorizon2069: I believe I should be awarded this badge because I have pulled myself up by my bootstraps after getting out of an abusive, narcissistic relationship of 3 years, where my self-image and esteem were destroyed. After we broke up, I slowly started learning how to show myself self-love again, as I used to before I met him. My self-love comes from doing things that promote wellness and joy in all aspects of my life, including my mental and physical health, relationships, and work. Because I relearned self-love, I have been able to make some progress in getting over my ex and being less hard on myself. It is a pinnacle of my being, and I live by it. Self-love shows up in my life as my skincare routine, full body showers, washing my hair, eating healthy and favorite snacks, iced coffee, wearing the color pink, having my cat registered as my Emotional Support Animal to help with anxiety, taking my medication regularly, attending therapy, being a listener on here and also being a member on 7 Cups. Please consider me for this badge, I will be forever grateful :)
@beautifulPoetry6362: because i love myself and this community
@IsmV: Everyday I thought of something I really wanted to do: read a few chapters of a new book, work out, eat something special etc. And the next day, id do it
@Seanfu520: I believe I should be awarded the Self-Love Badge because I make a genuine effort to treat myself with the same kindness, patience, and understanding that I offer to others. I recognize that self-love is not just about confidence, but also about accepting personal struggles, setting healthy boundaries, learning from mistakes without harsh self-judgment, and continuing to grow through difficult moments. Even when things are challenging, I try to remind myself that my worth is not defined by setbacks or by how others treat me. Practicing self-respect, emotional awareness, and self-compassion has helped me become a stronger and more balanced person, and I believe these are the values that the Self-Love Badge represents.
@MeilleureAmie: I’ve committed to sleeping on time for the past two to three months, even with a busy schedule. It’s a small but consistent practice that I do to take better care of myself, and also the very least I can do for now.
@TowardsTheR8Intent: After joining the community and gaining little motivation I started doing push-ups in small sets every for few months now, without missing a day till now. I hope it continues. To give reason why I deserve this, I was so reluctant to do anything good for myself before that. And I think it's a way to getting that sense, where I can actually do good things for me to. Where I finally gonna feel that I also deserve good things too.
@iris2888: I've given myself more time to calm down and recently I've started to put down the phone before bed and read!
@Akhil5084: I believe I deserve the “Self-Love Badge” because I’ve made a consistent effort to treat myself with the same kindness, patience, and understanding that I offer others. I’ve learned to acknowledge my strengths without arrogance and accept my flaws without harsh judgment. Instead of chasing perfection, I focus on growth—celebrating small wins and learning from setbacks. I prioritize my well-being, whether that means setting boundaries, taking breaks when needed, or choosing what genuinely brings me peace and fulfillment. I no longer rely solely on external validation; I value my own voice and trust my decisions. Most importantly, I show up for myself every day. Even when things are difficult, I don’t abandon who I am—I support myself, encourage myself, and keep moving forward. That commitment to self-respect and inner care is why I believe I’ve earned the Self-Love Badge.
@bubblyRabbit47: i advocate lot and lots of self reflection and self love from within
@Ivy229: Like I mentioned in the self-care application I regularly practice self-care on a daily basic and a big self-care advocate in various aspects of my life both professionally, personally and in terms of my 7 Cups leadership roles. Some of the things I do daily to practice self-love includes journaling, gratitude mindfulness, listening to music, finding the positive and joy in things I do
@Renalda: Porquê para eu conseguir lidar com certas situações e dificuldades da vida,e para ajudar os outros é preciso ter amor com sigo ,estar bem com sigo mesmo,e é isso que eu faço. / Because in order for me to be able to deal with certain situations and life's difficulties, and to help others, it's necessary to love yourself, to be at peace with yourself, and that is what I do.
@Jeet19: I think I deserve the Self-Love badge because I practice the same compassion with myself that I give to members. I set clear boundaries by logging off when I feel emotionally drained, because I’ve learned I can’t help others well if I’m running on empty. After hard chats, I check my self-talk and remind myself, “You showed up and listened — that’s enough,” instead of criticizing myself for not “fixing” things. I also model self-love in chats. When members feel guilty for resting or saying no, I share that I protect my own peace too. It helps them see that self-care isn’t selfish. Earning this badge matters to me because I believe listeners should live the values we encourage. Taking care of myself lets me keep showing up for others long-term.
@alwayswillingtohelp143: i make time everyday for myself if it's going for an ice tea taking a long bath reading a book that's my time
