Hey, I'm glad to have you back. I'm proud of you your achievements and rapid growth, you're growth rate is definitely comparable to world population (the only example i can think of right now, sorry for the dad joke :/ )

I would love to have a camel as a friend, but not as a regular pet, don't think I can feed it/ take care of it.

Hi Knight! Thank you for the tag my friend and especially on Friendship Day! Thank you for this being the very first post that I respond to and read when signing onto 7 cups for the day. This for me, truly is a beautiful way to start it. How lucky am I to have found a friend in you?

True friends are such a gift! For me, as long as I have been here on this site, it was you that showed the biggest act of kindness and selflessness that I have ever seen towards me here on 7 cups. I loved your definition of a friend and I must say, you certainly hold true to that. For your act of kindness and complete selflesness, I will be eternally grateful I will never forget it, ever. I won't forget it on Cups and I will also remeber it in real life, it was simply that much of a beautiful moment for me. No bit of kindness is ever wasted on me. May sound odd, but it was a moment that I almost felt the earth move under my feet. For me, that was the moment and for me, this is what I will hold in my heart as the big "take away" from it all!

I love your question! For me, I guess I'm a deep thinker and maybe sometimes even too much so. But, I am me. I will do my best to answer it. Would I keep a camel as a pet? Sure! I would try! I guess a lot would go into it. I would have to research the needs of a camel and make sure it was a camel and not an alpaca. I don't know a lot about either but they look similar and are easily confused. I would see if it's a camel or an alpaca and I would move from there and research what would be best for them. For me, I have limited yard space but would try to help the camel or alpaca. If the camel or alpaca needed me and loved me, I would love it right back. I would work in the best ways on behalf of the camel or alpaca and seeing as how my yard space is limited (and I don't live in area that it would even be allowed), I would try to find it a proper place for it to live. Maybe a properly maintained petting zoo that was local where they could have children and adults to come admire them, talk to them, feed them if allowed, little treats through the fence and make sure they had other camel or alpaca playmates that were there with them.

I would still take responsibility for my camel or alpaca friend and do my best. I would contribute financially if I had the means for it's housing and feeding and go and visit it and often so it would know that I truly love them.

Camel? Haha. If I really were to keep one, I would have to keep 2 to keep them happy.

Well, friendship to me is meaning well for the other person. Of course there are other aspects too. But this one comes first to mind.
