Welcome to our quarterly Ambassador Update! This team plays a crucial role in serving and strengthening our community every day, and I'm delighted to share with you their recent activities. The following highlights come directly from the Ambassadors themselves, showcasing their projects and achievements from this past quarter. Rebekah - Safety Team

Throughout Q3, we’ve onboarded 8 new safety patrol members: @PurpleGloria, @Always25, @Diego7Cups, @SomeoneWhoListen, @Sealiously, @gongoozlersoup19, @ingeniousEnergy223, and @kindWind6374 🎉🦺

Harsvin - AL Team

Hello everyone! I hope you’re all doing well ❤️ I’m so excited to share some of our team’s amazing accomplishments from this quarter!

We have onboarded two new Graders to our AL 1 team, @Kaleidoscope11 and @Diana44 who have been doing a wonderful job so far.

Additionally, we have recruited an Adult Host Project Agent, @InsightfulPhoenix, for AL’s AMA. They are currently in their 4-week trial phase for the role, and we are thrilled to have them on board!

Our AL 3 passing rate rose impressively from 82% in July to 90% in September 🎉 Across all levels (AL 1–4), we have maintained strong passing rates of 85%–95% and ensured consistent, timely grading.

A big thank you to our dedicated Graders: @Arie3, @blissart, @Diana44, @heathermarie95, @Kaleidoscope11, @InsightfulPhoenix, @petitesouris, @positivepumpkin22, @radiantUnicorn3506, @raspberrycheesecake, @Remina, @tracey12345, and @yourbuddy30. Your hard work truly shines! 🌟

We have introduced bi-weekly short grader interview series on the forums, a fun way to connect and get to know the incredible Graders in our team! You can click here to read the recent interview.

Lastly, our outreach numbers have grown significantly, from 133 in July to 218 in September! A huge thank you to the hard work of our PAs @HeatherMarie95 and @Diego7Cups. You both are doing amazing  ❤️

We are currently recruiting listeners who would like to host AMA ( teens ) or do 1-o-1 outreaches to spread awareness of Active Listening Tests, if you would like to help out as Project Agent for the team click here  to apply. AnnaSilverberg - Quality Mentors/Teen QS & Listener Coaching Team

Fall has arrived with the beauties of October 🎃 Halloween & colors of autumn!
I hope you’re all having a wonderful time, enjoying all the colors that autumn brings 🍂

Our Quality Mentors have been very dedicated in their work when it comes to improving listener quality here, as well as providing guidance to all of our amazing listeners.
We’ve onboarded 5 new Quality Mentors/Teen Quality Stars in the last quarter and the QM team is continuing to grow.

Our Listener Coaches have been working with true passion this quarter, for the month of July and September our Coaches responded to 96 requests, providing their guidance and support to listeners on their listener journey.

We also onboarded two new Listener Coaches who were quick to join in on the work and have shown true passion for what they’re doing.

InternalAcceptance - Anonymous Evaluation Team

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well! I wanted to share how the Anonymous Evaluations Team has been doing:

During the month of September, the Anonymous Evaluations did 202 evaluations, which represented an increase of 14.12% from last month and a 152.50% increase from the same month last year. 

Additionally, we had 8 new people joining our team, increasing our total number of team members to 34. 

We hope to continue this forward momentum this month and keep helping maintain the quality and safety of our community!

Suryansh - Group Support & Listener Chatrooms

Hello everybody! I hope you all are doing well and having a good October so far. ♥️

We have had quite a busy and exciting quarter. Over the last quarter, we welcomed many dedicated leaders under both Group Support and Listener Chatrooms. Please check out the post to celebrate them HERE and send your love their way.

On a more emotional note, we recently said goodbye to our amazing Group Support Manager @ASilentObserver. It’s been hard for many of us; he truly shaped the Group Support into the lovely spaces it is today. You can leave your kind words and wishes to him HERE.

With this huge transition, there have been some updates to our Points of Contact, which you can check HERE.

We have temporarily paused a few initiatives started by Obs, namely Vibe Check and Light & Lift, but we plan to bring them back once things are settled and we have full, smooth leadership coverage again.

Something very new we are recently excited about is our Group Support Roles Spotlight Series, where we are highlighting our key roles ~ Sharing Circle Host, Room Supporter, Chatroom Moderator and Group Support Mentor. You can read the introduction post HERE.

Hello everyone, it has been another busy few months in the forums. 

A number of forum bugs and glitches were reported to us over the past quarter, most of which are hopefully now fixed. Let us know here if you spot any more. In the meantime, if you have some spare minutes, please help us with replying to our needs reply posts: there are lots of people waiting for a response currently!

It’s an exciting time for the forum. If you’re interested in joining us on this journey, please check out this thread. We’d be delighted to have you on the team.
