LittleBirdie30 & SnowTabby - Care Team
Hi Community! We hope you are all doing amazing and loving this weather! In Quarter 1, the Care Team has taken 293 requests and we are so proud of the team! This is 293 Listeners that we have been able to support and we hope to support even more Listeners in Quarter 2! 

We are always looking for new Guides and Project Agents! You can find more information about the Care Team in our information post. We are here for any questions that you may have about what our team does, what the requirements are, or any other general questions!  If you have anyone that you think could use a check-in or resources, you can submit a referral and the team will deliver it with love! We can also send out thank you messages to make your favorite Listener feel appreciated today!  I want to send a shoutout to the team that makes it all happen because we couldn’t do it without your help everyday. We appreciate you all so much!

Q2 in The Therapy Community is keeping up interest in therapy by having 5 Listener threads every week and we also keep previous threads active and encourage continued member involvement by responding to people replying to the thread. This often results in a continued conversation and a feeling that one is not just posting to empty space. 

We finished off Q1 with an AMA (Ask Me Anything) by the therapist AshleyNFlewellenLPC with 2 pages in the AMA thread of questions and answers.  Ashley has also been very active in posting in the therapy community in both starting and answering threads so we are averaging almost 2 new threads a day for the whole community.  

  The Teen Transition Team is actively following up with teens applying for mentoring. What is surprising is that more teens do not apply for mentoring. I have wondered if the concept of a mentor is more intimidating than calling it a buddy system to help them transition. 

Harsvin & positivePumpkin22 - Active Listening Grading Team  
Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well ❤. I'm excited to share some of our team's accomplishments from the last quarter with the community. Firstly, we've seen a significant increase in our total test count, with a 34% rise from 170 tests in January to 228 in March!

In addition to this, we've welcomed five new Graders to our team: @Heartsandrosesandpaws, @radiantUnicorn3506, @hopefulmoon5845, @InsightfulPhoenix, and @Remina. Their contributions have already made a positive impact. We've also onboarded two new Project Agents, @giggleBubbles6722 (adult)  and @RainySummerDays (teen), who are already doing an amazing job

Our pass rates for AL tests have remained consistently high, ranging between 75% and 95% throughout Q1. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all our dedicated Graders: @Arie3, @averyjr23, @blissart, @bubblingbreeze14, @Heartsandrosesandpaws, @heathermarie95, @hopefulmoon5845, @InsightfulPhoenix, @petitesouris, @positivepumpkin22, @radiantUnicorn3506, @raspberrycheesecake, @Remina, @tracey12345, and @yourbuddy30. Your efforts are truly appreciated.

On the outreach front, the team has reached out to 360 listeners in total for the last quarter, thanks to the hard work of @HeatherMarie95, @Averyjr23, @giggleBubbles6722, and @RainySummerDays. You are all doing amazing  ❤ And a special shout out to our amazing listeners who took the initiative of taking AL tests to improve their listening skills. Hello wonderful people. I hope you are having a pleasant spring.

I would like to give a warm welcome to @KellyBx and @Kieran000, new LDP mentors who have shown excellent dedication to the team and successfully completed their trial! I am thrilled to have you both onboard. A big shout-out as well to all our mentors for their ongoing support. Your commitment is truly making a difference!

A heartfelt congratulations to our graduates: @MarinaLexi, @KellyBx, @InsightfulPhoenix, @Phoenixthepoised, and @Dash0. You all worked incredibly hard, and your dedication has truly paid off. This is an exciting milestone in your journey, and we can’t wait to see where your new skills and knowledge will take you. You’ve set a great example for future trainees, and we are really proud of you.

Thanks to the amazing efforts of the LDP team, our program has been running smoothly. We’ve been able to process/complete all tasks within 3-6 days of submissions. I have been actively involved in onboarding new trainees and mentors, mentor outreaches, scheduling emails to trainees, badging as well as sending certificates to the graduates and overseeing the overall management of the program.

AnnaSilverberg - Quality Mentors/Teen Quality Stars & Listener Coaching Team
Hay all✨!

Lately our Listener Coaching team has worked diligently at taking on requests and catching up. Last month we took on and completed 62 requests, which is a significant increase from previous months.
The LCT is undergoing constant changes and will be undergoing some work in the upcoming months.

We got a brilliant new Project Agent, @InsightfulPhoenix who has truly brought their magic with them and team activity has not only grown but our coaches now have the wonderful ability of getting to know each other better through some fun activities in the forums and some amazing interviews.

I look forward to shaping the changes that our team is going through and work on revamping the role into something that will not only strengthen it but also make it easier to become a coach in the future.

Our Quality Mentors & Teen Stars have been growing too, we have onboarded some fantastic new mentors who are ready to help our listeners grow and become more confident in their roles.  Our Mentors have been taking refresher quizzes to refresh their knowledge of the role which has been turning out great!

A number of forum bugs and glitches were reported to us over the past quarter, most of which are hopefully now fixed. Let us know here if you spot any more. HealingTalk - Quality Listening Program (QLP)
The most important event by far since the last update has been the appointment of @Quietlistener2023 as the new Academy Mentor Leader of the QLP. She has greatly strengthened the QLP Team with her outstanding effectiveness, friendliness, collaborative spirit, clear communication, and organizational skills.

Five wonderful new Academy Mentors have joined the QLP Team in the past months: @Calmingcomfortero  @Phoenixthepoised @Aputik @Chader and @Loveagape All our gratitude for their enthusiasm and dedication to supporting our trainees in the best possible way.

I wish to end by congratulating and expressing my heartfelt gratitude to those trainees who graduated during the past quarter from the very rewarding but demanding Quality Listening Program.
