Survey Results
Hello Community!
A couple of days ago we put up the Quick Survey post. We now have had 210 people complete the survey. Thank you for taking the time to help us get feedback and learn!
The survey asked about different parts of the site/service and asked people to rate things on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being terrible and 10 being awesome. Here are the results:

Overall, I think these results are fairly positive. They show that we've come very far, but have a lot of work left to do. I want to give credit to our listeners and leaders for helping to create such a strong, welcoming and supportive environment. Much of the changes we've made to the different components outlined above have also come from recommendations and suggestions from the community. Collectively, we have made a lot of progress and have much to be proud of!
On the opportunities for growth side (and they are endless), we've been primarily focusing on listener quality, member support, growth path, and the app. Evelyne and the quality team have been working very hard to increase quality and we are starting to see results. Obs and the mods have been focusing on group and sharing circles and that too has been increasing and becoming stronger. The playlist will make the growth path quite a bit more flexilble and rich. Finally, the place where we can most grow, is the app. Our current version is not so good (5.1 above and that might be slightly generous). The new one will be out in November and will hopefully get us closer to a 9.
We are focusing on all of the areas above, but the primary focus at present is outlined above. Stay tuned for more updates. Thank you all again for being a part of our community, for providing helpful feedback, and for working alongside us as we make 7 Cups stronger!

The app really needs to be addressed. I hear complaints about it all the time and I haven't received notifications from it in a long time.
@Aylexis I hear that! We've been working on it for a very long time. The 2 last pieces are being built now and it should be ready for November. It'll move us from a 5 to a 9 and work much better around the world as it'll be a react native app. I'm looking forward to sharing it with all of you.

Hey @GlenM. Thank you for the appreciation but if it weren't for you, we wouldnt have been in a good position. And as for improve, all of us look for foward to it or at least I do!

IMHO they are very positive, and at the same time, they show there is room for improvement, which gives meaning to all efforts in that direction.

Result is not impressive,
A servey should be included in every account so that larger sample data can be collected.....and key areas where 7 cups is lacking can be identified

A question out of curiosity, and perhaps a suggestion: are more surveys planned, to tackle more in details what is going wrong exactly on those areas that need improvement?

Just going to say that even though as an educational researcher, I don't believe in surveys much, that personally, this site has been amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Responsive, well-designed, solid principles.
