December 7: Lost PMs Over last 24 hours!

We've had some technical difficulties over the last 24 hours. We had some unforeseen challenges arise that we had to address. Unfortunately, this means that some data (messages for example) that were sent from midnight last night until 3:30 Eastern today may not display. We apologize. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
If you have not heard from someone & you were expecting to, please follow up with them again. They may have replied to you but it was deleted!

Hey my username got changed to DancingQueen22.Because I put in a request to change it.
but then it went back to my old name Whimsical Dancer? Idk why this happened? Can you look into this please?
My feedback (written reviwx) from last night nevdr showed in comntnts or feedback. Nor did count under number of writerwn reviews

I personally think the feedback lost has been lasting for a long time rathern than only today.
Becasue I found all my feedbacks were lost starting probably a month ago. I am pretty sure at least 5-10 feedbacks of mine never show up. :( :( :( :(
Don't know where the problems are......
But hope this get fixed soon!

Unless you mean it was already on your profile and then disappeared, written reviews are checked before they get displayed on your profile and can take up to 2 days usually.
@WhimsicalDancer - probably the change happened in the time that we lost when resetting the database? please request the change again?
@Laura , those who took a step on their growth path today could also have lost it, and it could break their streak.... It would be vey bad for them for something out of their control

I know just how you feel, I was up to day 133 and am now down to day 1
@lazyKatz if you lost your streak because of this bug, but actually did a step everyday, I would continue the path and email support@7cups.com and explain things, I'm totally sure that they would repair your streak for you so you can continue your progression !
It would not be fair that you get penalized because of it !

@TortueDesBois My streak reset too, I'm so upset as I've tried really hard to keep it going.
@LittleLotte , try to email support@7cups.com and explain things, it's not fair that you lost your streak because of the update and the bugs related to it when you actually did a step on your growth path this day. They can fix it for you !

Does this count chatrooms? It seems to be glitching too..
@LittleAardwolf I saw MCR acting weird last night but last I checked today it was fixed. I also heard other mentions of chatroom glitches too.

My PM's have disappeared also, and the advanced level 3 which I was on as a listener. Hopefully once all the tech difficulties are sorted, things will go back to how they were for everyone. Good luck to those trying to sort this out :)

1-1 chat, group chat, PM mesage... seems disappeard. Hope everthing is going to be fixed soon.
I signed up as a member earlier today, and it seems my account was deleted. I just signed up again under the same username and email, and I wasn't told that it was already in the system, or that it was intentionally deleted (no emails, either). I'm thinking this is because of that problem?

It is likely as a result of the latest updates. Your member account shouldn't be deleted again due to this issue. :)

Will the issues with the rooms be fixed? You have to wait a little bit after entering a room for messages to show and if you refresh/leave and come back, you again see all the old messages and have to wait again for new ones. I only have this problem in a particular room though.
@Liv This sounds similar to want I saw in MCR last night. I'd post in there and then when I left and came back the messages would be gone and showing only stuff from many hours ago.

Thank you for the announcement! I was surprised when I find lots of things disappeared. :P Hope things can be fixed soon! And thks for all the effort put into maintain this well-functioned site.
I just want to ask if this means all the record from last night till today will not be count. Casue I am trying to meet the internship requirement about 1-1 chat hours, group chat numbers, etc. And I hope those record will come back :P Thks :) :) :)
