Group Support Update: New Version of Group Support Tips!
Hello everyone!
I am pleased to update you that Group Support Tips are live now. *Yay*
Group Support Chat Rooms are an important part of our community. Our goal is to provide quality support and guidance, ensure safety and moderation for a healthy environment to participate.
And, Group Support Tips is one of the ways. They are the reminders and tips that any participant in the room could find useful to learn more about community, support, roles, resources, and participation.
You might have noticed tips like these in the chat rooms:
We updated these tips to ensure all get up-to-date tips and reminders to get the most out of the chat rooms and community participation.
Earlier it was available only in the member chat rooms. Now, it is added to the listener chat rooms as well. In the listener chat rooms, listeners will be getting tips related to listeners.
The tips were updated in the member chat rooms two days ago but it was noticed that the frequency of tips is often. Many members gave feedback on it and suggested that the frequency could be reduced to make it look better. Thank you for those inputs. They were helpful. We made the necessary changes and the limit was set to reduce its frequency.
I hope you all like this improvement and find it helpful.

This is an amazing plan I loved it! I would rate it 10 on 10!!
It is great. I rate it 9. I thought I have been overlooking the messages and started reading them two days back. I never knew they were new.:-O
I would also suggest that that the messages should be updated as well accordingly.

I'm glad to hear that the frequency has been reduced. I think this will be an improvement.
I'm also glad to hear that these will be available in the Listener rooms as well.
The messages that you showcased are all a 10. I think they will are a way for people to connect to needed links. This will be very help, in my opinion.
@ASilentObserver for optiminisation, i think they should be visible only on browser. when you are on mobile (either app or mobile browser), they take a lot space and then its hard to follow the rooms. otherwise its great to refresh the tips so they reflect better our community culture that changed over time,

7/10 Are the meesages different for members vs. listeners? Hopefully members only get the portions that are applicable to them.
