I like to share kindness in the community via tagging friends. Not only does it invite them to participate in a thread that could be fun and/or helpful, but I feel like it’s an indirect reminder that there’s someone thinking of them and hoping that they’re well. ☺️ So with that said…

my favorite way to share kindness in the community is to be able to relate to each and every member that i listen to in a chat and be able to show every member empathy, kindness and thoughtfulness.
My favorite way to show kindness is to respond on forum threads and to show support in the chatrooms.
I'm surprised that we have a downvote button now for threads. I don't understand how that helps 7 Cups mission or its members to spread kindness.
@GoldenNest2727 the downvote button is by no means a dislike button but rather a "not interested" button to improve the content on your main feed homepage ❤️

I didn't curse or use a rude word. I should've used "strife" or "discontent" or "conflict" instead of the word which also happens to be a social/chatting site.

@SoulfullyAButterfly What a wonderful post! I'd say that, for me, I share kindness by generosity, sharing smiles, engaging positively with others and asking how they are doing, listening without distraction, offering encouragement, and helping where I can. :)

I think by me being kind to myself is forgiving myself and forgiving others for their mistakes and trying to appreciate the small things in life.

This wonderful post makes me feel like tagging so many people that have been there with me throughout, I might even tag the whole of the 7cups community, lol <3, that's how much I care about and love the 7cups community including all of the teams - the care team, the admin team, the PAT team and every other team that there is here.
7cups is vast for sure.
The points mentioned in the image of ways to share kindness at 7cups are apt and I think we've all been there done that. Except for the last one, being kind to myself - have to work on that.
I try my best to participate in forum posts, appreciate peers, be a part of support group chatrooms as and when I can, I take up as many general and personal requests I can, I also try to continue the conversation with the ones that have already been talking to me, be it listeners or members or mentors or coaches.
@SoulfullyAButterfly I love to cook for folks that aren't able to.

I try to do a act of kindness every day to help someone, I may chat to them if they look sad/lonely, buy them a coffee, flowers, or I may just simply ask "How are you?" Or "Are you okay?"
