Homework thoughts.

Figure out what time of the day is most focused for you.

- After 9pm at night I am a nightmare at focusing on anything except people and computer games. My productive hours ar 6am till lunch. So lean on your productive times, and be nice to yourself in the other times.

Exercise your body as well as your mind.

- go for a run. do some yoga. or some planks. Get your body engaged. stretch when you are on computers for a long time etc etc.

Start early.

- Some of us are grat at procrastinating, and some of us think we are great at the last minute dash. But, for your own health for now and into the future, start on things earlier.

@LavishLavender22 When I was studying for my master's degree I would have piano music playing in the background! It helped keep my mind clear and focused on my reading material! I would also diffuse rosemary and wild orange essential oils because it promotes memory and concentration!

What I like to do when I feel like procrastinating is reward myself after I finish each assignment. For example, do math homework, get a bag of chips, do history homework, watch an episode of a show, etc. It helps to make doing my work more fun. smiley

-Try to do it as soon as class is over- the sooner, the better; This way, the material is still fresh in your mind.

-Review regularly, rather than cramming for exams. This will make you feel more prepared for tests, and reduce your anxiety.

@VirtualVirgo I will be Hermione and tell you to just do it regularly and not let it pile up and come tumbling down on your heads
