I would probably share that most colleges have some type of student support services available, including peer tutoring or counselling if need be. I may also mention that any given assignment (at least in my experience) isn't usually worth more than 30% of their grade. There are also other ways students can 'make up' for what may be a "bad" grade. There's no shame in repeating a course- you'll still have the same piece of paper at the end. :)

Do some self care! Take a nice bath, listen to some music, draw something... put on a face mask, play with a pet, binge watch a show!

Relax a bit, just let loose. It

I would probably say,

Winston Churchill once said, "Success consists of going from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiam"

It's okay to fall. It's okay to fail or take breaks. It's also okay to take care of your mental health first. Life doesn't always go the way we want. But it's equally important to get back up and hustle harder. Be the wise person, learn from your mistakes and conquer life.😊

- Self-care is not a waste of time, it's an investment in yourself.

- Don't let other people influence you. Not their expectations, and certainly not their attempts to get you down. You make your own path.

Progress isn't a straight road. Reading 5 pages is progress. Making a note is progress. Just surviving is progress, too! Take your time and don't rush anything.

@Tazzie

Never strive to be perfect "you" as that is fruitless. Just be "good enough you". Don't compete against others, compete against yourself. Much energy is lost paying to much attention to others.

We work for tomorrows because when tomorrows become "todays", we want to enjoy life and be comfortable. We studied in the past because today was a tomorrow then, then why don't we enjoy today; the day we tried and worked hard to come to? Even though working for future from now is important, we should always be aware of the importance of today, of present too. Doing self care exercises, exploring new hobbies could help us to spend our present better. You, your health and happiness come first!

Take a short break where you just do things that you enjoy. Be careful not to let this get in the way of your schoolwork, but you can't do well if you're not caring for yourself. Take some time to just enjoy life, then you can jump back in and get things done. You can do it! :)

Firstly to do things that make them more confident, like pursuing a hobby, or anything that makes them feel good, because development of self esteem is the best motivator towards working for goals.

And practice self love through self care habits

Sometimes pushing harder against a roadblock gets us nowhere. If you find yourself stuck, especially in a mental block, take some time off to relax and do something you enjoy before coming back to it. Sometimes it's more productive to return when you're in a better frame of mind. Sometimes being in a better frame of mind is what you need to realise that you could have ducked under that roadblock all along. ;)
