- Do you still enjoy it or what is your favorite food now? Unfortunately, I still enjoy french fries.

Of course, being raised in France, we five siblings simply had to eat everything presented and it was very varied. We were not allowed to leave anything on our plate, no matter what was on it.
A favourite was the homemade porridge for breakfast or the lettuce salad that came with every meal. I still love a good lettuce salad and the dressing is always homemade.
Favourite food..... depends on the choice you have. I did not expect morning porridge in Japan, for instance. I enjoy beef more in France than I did in the US or Canada, where that meat had a metallic taste. The only favourite I could have anywhere is probably fish, no matter how it is cooked.

Noodles with tomato sauce. I still do enjoy pasta but with a good Italian tomato sauce. When I was young it was something from Maggi, I loved it but would not eat it anymore today 😄
My favorite food as a child was cheese. Specifically government cheese. As an adult, cheese is still my favorite food, but I can’t have it nearly as much because of genetically high cholesterol. 😭
@soulsings My favorite foods was my Ma beef stew since then I have asked others to make it for me as well as I have tried myself an none has been like she had did it. She made it wit enough vegetable an a good amount of gravy in it where many dont leave too much gravy in it. I like to be able to dunk my bread in it but so far its been a failed project.

What was one of your favorite foods as a child?
I would describe it as a sweet dimsum. It's called ukadiche modak locally. Rice flour covering with jaggery infused grated coconut filling.
Do you still enjoy it or what is your favorite food now?
I still cherish it with my whole heart.

I don’t remember what my favorite food was when I was a child. As an adult my favorite is almost any kind of pasta and also almost any kind of ice cream. 🍝🍦🍨
