I doubt this will be a surprise to anyone, I used to feel safe cycling, often processed anxieties and thoughts in gerneral, the longer the ride the more chance of quieting down the thoughts. Nowadays it's on the treadmill in the gym.

I'm notorious for it, did you know 'The Lemon Song' by Led Zeppelin, I've been caught singing along to it whilst in Zone 2, can't sing in higher Zones, I don't listen to Led Zep on the treadmill anymore ð¤ªð¤ªð¤ª
