Happy that I had a chance to obtain my glider pilot's license when I was 17. Once in a lifetime opportunity. To God be the glory.
Also, happy that I got baptized (a second time) as an adult Believer in the mighty and awesome name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Also happy that I got (pre)accepted into master's programs. To God be the glory.
Also happy that I celebrated by 11 year wedding anniversary to my Godly, hard working and beautiful wife. To God be the glory.

Just to be able to balance my "checkbook" today (I now use a spreadsheet) is a humongous achievement when my financial life had been such a source of shame, helplessness, and torture in the past. It was the first solid stepping stone I found that would eventually lead me to a serenity, peace, and happiness that has spread to all areas of my life.

I get easily angry when provoked or I feel like the person's words are offending. But it was different when the offender was my leader. Usually I would scowl and shout back at her. But this time, I composed myself and let her talk and talk and yak and yak. In myself, I know the truth that I am not like that. I know myself better than her. She is full of pride and looks down on people because of her own insecurities.
This time, I professionally defended myself. Cause I feel I am more mature than she is. Talking back in anger won't solve any issues.
She still treats me like she's the Head of everything. But I brushed her off. Instead of getting angry, I walked away. Because I am the bigger person than she is.
People sided with me. They understood me and applauded me for handling it in a mature way.
