You take a book, there’s patterns, it tells you where to measure on the page. Mark it. Fold the page on the marks. Rinse and repeat. lol

@amiablePeace77 Oh no I try to always learn somethin’. I have even gone into a store with my late husband and he would only wanna buy one thing get in and out but never had success ‘cause I would be going through the store asking him how things worked and what items are used for or I am a female who has always loved doing things with the hands. My mom use to tell people not to buy me anything ‘cause I was the type of child who would take things apart to see how they work and to aim to put them back together again. To my surprise I never needed to read the directions to things I would just look at an item and I have no clue how I did it but I managed to get the item up and working again if it was broke.. If a wire say to for example if a tv is broke I know how to slice the wire and put in a new one etc. Then other thinks learn About making things just About anything I love learning even to learn About people-my ex and husband would tell me I could never do it but my thing is regardless I was in the situation or not or know the person or not I can walk in each ones shoes and understand why they are how they are and have many times been from what people have told me have helped them a lot. One former best friend told me I had a gift ‘cause I could see all sides.

The internet, to me, has become a giant multi-media library. I have at least learned two or three things on it in order to add something to the news from the Middle East and the European East, such as the Arabic abjad (the writing system) and Cyrillic alphabet as well.
Every day, there is something new or fact-checking to do. Of course, at 73, none of what I learn will get see a job and this is actually rather freeing.

I would like to learn more languages - German, French, Chinese.... anything, really! I'd like to learn how to play some musical instruments. I'd like to learn how to do all of those home remodel things on my own.
And of course, I would like to learn how to live life with more joy and less daily worry. Live and let live.

@amiablePeace77 this question you asked not only made me smile but made me laugh ‘cause during my teen years I would always tell my mom I wanted to do every job that ever existed, learn About all religions not just mine and learn everything there is to know. I am eager for information. Despite ending up in 4thgrade where my grades drastically plummeted after being taken out of Catholic school I always loved the concept of learning new things. I cant always comprehend stuff fast but learning new things-if I could learn one thing every single day it would give so much pleasure. I already know shorthand, I worked a short while in an office, in a school, in a hospital, church, cashier, cook, dishwasher, food prep and a couple other things but due to situation at the time or my health most things were short term which I been out of everything for a few years now but yearn to find somethin’ that I can do or aim to return volunteering in the church gift shop amongst other fields within the church I have done and would love returning to.

I did mild exercises. I stayed in bed late. I worked on a paper that is due but did not stress myself. I took breaks.
