Hello! Just introducing myself
Hello! My name is Anna and I am a new Listener here on 7 Cups.
As someone who comes from a background of suffering from anxiety, childhood trauma, and general mental health issues, I am able to provide compassion to a complex range of people who are suffering from similar trials. After many years of healing and therapy, I want to share that things do get better. My goal is to reassure you that you are not alone, and that there is hope!
Im so glad to be here to offer a listening ear, to whomever needs it. 💗

Hi Anna, welcome to the 7 cups community! It's great that you have used the negative experiences throughout your life to learn and grow from to be able to help others that are struggling. Honestly, I am quite honoured to be a fellow listener and a part of a team and community with someone as giving and empathetic as you.
I am a relatively new listener and I just wanted to say "hi" to you as well and give you a big welcome to 7 cups as in my short time here, this platform and the work I get to do by supporting and listening to people has been quite fulfilling!
