Hi guys.
I honestly have been wanting something akin to therapy or a support group for years. I eventually learned about 7 Cups and, after some time and internal debate, decided to give it a try.
I don't know what exactly to expect, or what is expected of me. I hope I can be a lovely member of the community for as long as I am here.

1. Struggled with anxiety and depression for a long time. Have had periods where I feel like Si have a handle on it and then it all comes crashing down.
2. Hope to find a way to better cope with my struggles that will allow me to take meaningful steps forward in life.
