"Hello everyone! I’m so happy to be joining this wonderful community. I’ve just completed my initial listener training and I’m excited to begin this journey with you all.
What brought me here? By nature, I have always been a seeker of peace. I find that my character is best suited for helping others find their balance when life feels chaotic. I’ve always felt a deep calling to be a peacemaker—someone who can stay calm and steady while others are going through a storm. 7 Cups felt like the perfect place to offer that stillness to the world.
My Goals: I’m here to be a 'Meadow Mate.' My goal is to offer a virtual space that feels like a quiet walk through the woodlands or along a riverbank—a place where we can walk side-by-side and find a new horizon together. I believe in growing together like trees in a forest; individual at first, but eventually forming a strong, peaceful community that protects one another.
A little about me: When I’m not working, I find my peace in nature. I love walking through meadows and seashore paths. I also speak Malayalam, so I’m very happy to connect with anyone who feels more comfortable speaking their mother tongue!
I’m a beginner here, so I’m looking forward to learning from the experienced guides in this forest. Let’s walk this path together! ☕️🚶♂️

Hi! I'm NoBo71. I just started listening. I'm excited. I have a MHPS-I & RSPS-I(pending) certification. I am looking to improve my active listening skills and learn how to better respond to many types of peers seeking support. This is my purpose, I believe, that I found in sobriety. In active use, I was very selfish and inauthentic. Now, I have learned that I want to help & support others through their journey. This includes being as authentic as I can be, to myself and others. I think this platform is a great place to hone my skills without the pressure of in-person sessions. I look forward to doing the work. Thank you!

I’m really glad to be here. I came to this space because I care about people feeling heard for real, not rushed, fixed, or talked over. Life gets heavy, and sometimes you don’t need advice. Sometimes you just need someone to sit with you and actually listen.
That’s why I signed up to be a listener. I’m not here to have all the answers or tell you what to do. I’m here to meet you where you are, no judgment, no pressure.
I’m especially drawn to conversations around forgiveness, self-reflection, and the messy middle of figuring yourself out. I believe growth isn’t always pretty or quick... It’s real, and it takes time.

Helloooo. I have been on 7 Cups since last three weeks. At first I came here as a member then I thought about helping others as it gives me happiness so I switched to a listener. My goals are simple but not so basic in my opinion. I just want to share my thoughts. help others and be a better person and I became a listener just to help by others by being a part of their pain and I also kinda wanted to do that because as a teen I comparatively feel more emotional intelligent than people in my sorroundings so I just had to use my talent.
