Hi!
I recently joined 7 cups because I am finally in a stable enough place to begin trauma therapy and more support is never a bad thing. I am bipolar and have cptsd. Tne thing I struggle with the most with my disabilities is feeling like I don't belong.
I'm a biology student with a minor in human development and I would love to make new friends with similar experiences or interests! I also love music, dance, and theater!

Hi everyone! 😊 I don’t think I’ve properly introduced myself since I jumped right in, so I wanted to take a moment to say hello!
I go by Anna, and I’m excited to be part of the 7 Cups community. I joined because I wanted to learn how to better support people who may simply need someone to listen without judgment. As a listener, I hope to create a safe and welcoming space where people feel heard, respected, and comfortable expressing themselves.
My goals are to strengthen my active listening and communication skills, learn from the experiences of others, and become a more compassionate and supportive person. I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone, learning from this community, and growing together! 💙
