I get tensed up with every small thing when people are watching me. If I’m myself I can perform well. This thing is eating me up and II'm wondering what do I do?

It is natural to feel stressed while under others observation. You can tell people how you feel and ask them politely to move aside.
A lot of people get anxious about performing when watched by others, because we desperately want to perform well. Relaxation techniques like breathing before the event can help a lot, learning to reduce our own expectations, understanding we do not have to be perfect are things which are very helpful too
