Life can be messy. Sometimes you need a little support to make your way through it. I love to help guide people through their challenges & to find the beauty in our messes.

If you have the feeling that you want to hurt yourself, try to distract yourself from those thoughts, do things you like, which distract you.
If you really have the feeling of harming yourself, then please draw on your skin (with pencils who don't hurt you!!). The drawing on your skin sets your mind of hurting you.
If you have the feeling of hurting yourself, please try to tell people, so they can help you.
The feeling of running away is quite common, if you want to run away, don't really run away. Go out, text a friend and ask if you can come over or go play sports outside. These things can give you rest instead of running away.
