Is it ok to put foundation on not fully healed self harm cuts? They are beginning to scar, but I need to cover them with foundation so you cannot see them through tights.

If your scars are fully healed I recommend checking just in case. I usually use soap and rub it on the scar to see if it burns. If it does wash thoroughly immediately, If it doesn't it is safe to put makeup on. Do not put anything related to makeup if your scars are not fully healed. It could lead to an infection or something worse that could cause serious damage. If they are big scars I do not know of anything else other than makeup, but for smaller scars, see if you can find a flesh colored band-aid of any brand. They are safe and won't cause any infection. Stay safe and try to stop self harm. I understand things are difficult, but they will get better. I am here if you need to talk and a bunch of other people are here to help you.
