I have social issues due to lack of wanting to make friends as child. Can’t be diagnosed with autism. What do I do?

Try to find an activity that you earnestly want to be really good at and start attending classes for it. Something group related. This will give you the opportunity to get yourself out of the house and around new people that are interested in the same things as you, and it will be easier to relate to them.
