Set yourself a time in the week when you only do things that make you happy or relaxed. For example, try to devote your Sunday only to spending time with your loved ones, having a bath, going out for a walk, watching a movie, anything that you know gives you some kind of pleasure. It's a perfect day of the week to just wind off and let go your worries. Also, when you're helping someone, limit the time you wish to spend with the person and do not dramatically exceed it, if not necessary. This applies for every work you do. Try to prevent yourself from being overwrought by sticking to the activity for longer than you need to.
