Personally, I worry about how I am going to get through the day in my college courses. I worry about getting a lot of homework. I worry about failing. I worry about talking in front of class and being humiliated. A whole bunch of things really.

I worry about whether or not I will "make the day", do all the tasks I need to do. Usually, that amplifies my anxiety and depression. :)
My personal feelings? Small anxiety. Nothing major, and not about anything specific, I'm pretty controlling, so I find it hard waking up and NOT KNOWING what's to come - not knowing if I'll have control over a situation, or if I'll be out of my comfort zone. But that's also the fun of day-day life, little things can surprise you, as a person, and it can make you realise some pretty awesome stuff!
I do worry about my physical disability, and the fact that I am a pre-T FtM. I'd like to transition quickly.

The first thing I worry about is school - what subjects do I have? Have I finished all my work? Am I falling behind? What do people think of me? Do I really have friends? Will there be more drama? A flurry of thoughts tend to overwhelm me in the morning. Listening to some music or reading a quick article usually gets my mind off these worries.
First thing i worry about is where is my cat is and if he is ok, how is my significant other is doing, and about my grades in college.
