What do you do if you dont wish for anything good anymore, because youre exhausted by being resilient for so long?
What do you dont wish to invest in any love ties anymore and dont know what to do with your time anymore?
What do you do when faith doesnt pacify you?
Hope yre all well.
Dont feel like watching any movie or listening to any song. Cant feel any joy. Body is aching.

@Creamyyy I'm good rn, it's nite for me here so kinda sleepy, I hope you're able to rest 💗 and reconnect with everyone here 💜 I missed you 🥰
Hello 👋 everyone
@Creamyyy It's good to see you, creamy 🥰 Sending you loads of love 🐾💝

@Creamyyy I hope things get better for you. I can't imagine how tiring and exhausted you must feel to be at this point. I don't know what you should do at this point, but you should know it's ok to just do absolutely nothing! Take time for you. Rest. If you're struggling to keep hopeful and the faith, that's ok. I'll include you in my prayers tonight though. ♡ Sending hugs your way.
Oh to have someone make prayer for you is so deeply touching. Thank you. I reciprocate love and prayers your way. Your note relieves my heart . Hugs.

@Creamyyy I'm so glad to hear that. My pleasure, Creamyyy. ❤️

@Creamyyy Ugh it's tough.
I do what I can to find a bit of a reset.
Often times for me this is health related so it might mean pestering my doctors. Sometimes I'll make use of a 'when it's bad' dose of a medication even if I'm not at the severity threshold I typically use but it's often because I'm dealing with a less severe flare that's dragged on.
If physical issues aren't the main issue - what else can I change? I've been traveling after years of very little travel. To visit family, joining my husband on his work trips and making vacations out of those trips as well.
Maybe something in my week can change. Do I need to stop something? Would a new class help?
The Wellness Huddle started at a great time for me - recovering from an injury
@Creamyyy
Im sorry things have been so tough for you lately. :/ I can understand being tired of always having to be resilient. It can be so hard to feel like nothing really satisfies you or makes you happy.. it's definitely something I can relate to. I hope things will improve for you, bc you deserve to be happy.
@Creamyyy
You matter more than you know. I want you to know that you deserve what's best for you. Please take care 🫶
@Creamyyy
Heyyy @Creamyyy it’s always so good to hear from you! 💖
Can relate with how deeply exhausting an emotional and mental rut can feel, it’s unsettling in a weird way because ofcourse nothing feels right but there’s not enough energy to even understand why, let alone do something about it.
And sooo, I feel sometimes it’s okay to switch off the “okay what to do?” mode and allow ourselves a “what am I currently feeling” moment, it’s definitely okay to not know what this feeling even is, seems like you’re experiencing an emotional burnout and a mental fatigue? it’s more than natural to find things foggy and disconnected with how you’d usually feel/ think/ do. Lots of hugs to youu! 🫂💖
Hoping and praying for this fog to clear out and rekindle your inner sparkle with even more vibrance and warmth. 🤗
Ooh and I’ll leave a quote-ish message here, I found many years back and has stayed with me ever since- “I told my friend that I'm emotionally "hitting a wall" and she said "Sometimes walls are there so we can lean on them and rest."”
