"Buddy messaged me from the new member team. I am not exactly new but I posted in the thread because I had taken a long break from listening and when I came back there were a lot of changes and I felt I needed help to navigate them. Buddy answered my questions (even when one was very long and needed multipe answers) throughly, quickly and in a very kind and supportive way. Later I was having a difficult chat and messaged to see if they were around. Buddy answered quickly and coached me about that chat. I really appreciate all the support given to me by Buddy!"
