Hey Judy, I really appreciate how you had the courage to write your therapist to let her know things that your unhappy about in therapy. That you didn't run from the fear of doing this and that you are wanting to talk with your therapist face to face.

Hey self, I appreciate you always moving forward even though a lot of days you don't always understand the point of this life.

I am proud of you for going to work and helping vulnerable individuals every day to find closure and supporting them at the lowest points of their life.
