On behalf of the entire community, I am grateful to the 250 community leaders in the December Community Spotlight. Yayyy! 250 community leaders who went above and beyond in their efforts and contributions to make a difference in the community. Along with them, I am also thankful to those listeners and members who are not listed as community leaders yet they going above and beyond to support the community through their supporting spirit. You are all valued for your presence and constant support to each other.

When I feel overwhelmed, I try to do some self care like listening to music.

When feeling Overwhelmed... it can be challenging to not just throw in the towel sometimes on certain things or matters. But sometimes I find that I just have to "Stop" and take a step back. Simply reflect or re-evaluate what I am doing. Or refer to the person I trust the most and talk things over with them to get and gain a different or better perspective on things. In the end, things usually resolve themselves in one way or another.

When I'm feeling overwhelmed I tend to either take my dog on a walk or drink some cold water. I know that drawing/painting is super helpful for me too!

I try to delegate responsibility. I also remind myself that the amount that I can do is limited, and that I am not responsible for all the problems in the world.

what do you do when you feel overwhelmed?
Talk to kids, shft to office works or house chores, watching YouTube or Netflix, exercise, sleep it away, basically shift the focus.
