Thank you so much for recognizing all the hard work I put into this community as well as everyone else here! It feels good to know others see the hard work you are putting in :)
What is one piece of advice you like to give to new/ future leaders?
Creating a schedule of a daily time you come onto 7cups and spend some time helping others has been my favourite part of the day. Fitting 7cups into your schedule is my advice to new/future leaders.

My advice sounds silly but its along the lines of self care, Don't use 7 cups as a way to procrastinate doing work you need to do! It's just going to make you stressed when the deadline comes around.

Keep trying, even with the tough ones. Acknowledge their pain. They will keep coming back because you have touched some kind of hope.

As for the question-
Q. What is one piece of advice you like to give to new/ future leaders?
Ans. The one piece of advice I would like to give is it's okay to say no, have strong boundaries and it's definitely okay to prioritise yourself. Often to prove someone- sometimes, the person we are trying to prove is our own self- we indulge ourselves in lots of responsibilities, roles, badges etc and we don't realise what we did until it's too late and we have lost ourselves.

About the question: I think... don't be afraid to ask questions or let others know you don't know just because you are a leader. It's ok.
