Hope's 7th Cupaversary
@Hope joined 7 Cups on Aug 16, 2016.
7 years with 7Cups speaks the story of her hard work, commitment, and passion for supporting the community. She went above and beyond to support all of us through various projects and initiatives.
Hope is a Community Manager, mostly known as the Dean of the 7Cups Academy! She believes in "education should be practical and available to all" and that is what she is doing with the academy to help us learn and grow as a community of compassion.

Seven years is an enormous accomplishment. We are very fortunate to have you as a leader in our community and a staff member on the team. You have helped us in so many ways. It is difficult to capture them all. I’ll highlight just a few here. One, you helped us learn all about sharing circles through your research. Thank you! Two, you helped us develop and launch the Academy. Three, you are always flexible and willing to play critical roles in forums, supporting teens, content and much more.
I’ll share one more anecdote with all of you too. Laiba is a big fan of stoicism. Each week on Monday she shares a stoic thought with the team. I think on it throughout the week. Here is one from this last Monday:

Your consistent efforts in nurturing the 7 cups Academy specially is so dearly appreciated, you wear the "Dean" badge, but I associate you more to be the parent-figure for academy, loving it through thick and thin, supporting it and enabling its growth every step of the way!
Your profound wisdom and genuine curiosity about people, things, life and philosophies will continue to amaze me always!
