Day 7: Kindness as a Way of Life - Kindness Week Wrap-up!
Welcome to the last day of Kindness Week! It's been a journey of growth, reflection, and connection, and we're so grateful to have shared this space with all of you.
We've spent the past week exploring the many facets of kindness, and how it can transform not only our own lives but the lives of those around us. Let's take a moment to look back at the beautiful path we've walked together:
Day 1: Your Brain on Kindness: We started by learning about the science of kindness and how it showers our brains with "love sprinkles" of joy and connection.
Day 2: Self-Kindness: We then turned our attention inward, recognizing the importance of filling our own cups before we can pour into others.
Day 3: Kindness in Action: We explored how even the tiniest acts of kindness can create a huge impact, rippling out into the world in ways we may never even see.
Day 4: Kindness in Words: We celebrated the power of our words to speak light into the world and lift others up.
Day 5: The Power of Listening with Kindness: We practiced the art of truly hearing others, creating a safe space for them to feel seen and valued.
Day 6: Forgiveness: We delved into the profound act of forgiveness as a way to cultivate a greenhouse of kindness in our hearts.
Now, as we bring this event to a close, let's remember that the seeds we've planted this week are meant to be nurtured and grown into a lifestyle of kindness.
Let's conclude this event with one last question:
What is one kindness habit you learned this week that you want to continue in your daily life?
Thanks to @AnnaSilverberg for making this week possible! 👏
We look forward to reading your responses!
Keep the kindness going! If you catch someone being kind, don't forget to share here!

@Heather225
I think the thing I want to hold onto is that any act of kindness should never be underestimated, it can change someone's day 💜💕
Easy. I know I need to incorporate and continue daily forgiveness in my life-- towards others and for myself. ♡ That's definitely the kindest thing I can do and it's healthy. ❤️
Kindness is kind of a blanket term these days.
@Heather225 Kindness for me is doing something from the heart and no expecting validation in return xx
Thank you Anna for creating an environment for us to deepen kindness!

@Heather225
I have a way of being kind to others. Easily.
The forgiveness to myself is blossoming.
I’m learning that I do hold self love and kindness for my self— just need to keep building that relationship that’s been started💖
