I love seeing how long people have been part of this community and it’s a true testament to the impact 7 Cups has had on all of us. As for me, I’ve been a listener since Aug 31, 2024, so my first Cupsversary is coming up soon! And I’m excited to hit that milestone too😊

To all my fellow listeners who aspire to stay here as long as I have, i only have few things to say
Be patient. Take breaks if you feel exhausted. Your well being is also of paramount importance.
No issue is big or small. Do not compare. We all are fighting our own battles and each one of it is equally important.
@heather225 - I have always loved having meaningful conversations. This platform has given me the chance to do so. I also believe that in my quest to help others, more often than not, I have ended up helping myself as well.

Sorry i took long to reply to your post as i have been on and off due to work commitments.Â
First of all, thank you for the kind words. Im am super grateful to the 7 cups community for always being so response and supportive.
It's been quite a long journey and i would say, a rather rewarding journey. Of course, every journey has its ups and downs. I will be honest. At times, i failed to find listeners for myself. I would then seek the growth path, communities and group chats to lighten my heart. Really, there's always something or someone to make you bounce back. And of course, i have made some really good friends out here. Some im still friends with, some i lost contact.
It’s been quite a journey here — long, but also deeply rewarding. Like any journey, it has had its ups and downs. To be honest, there were times when I struggled to find listeners for myself, but in those moments I turned to the growth path, communities, and group chats to ease my heart. There’s always something or someone here that helps you bounce back. Along the way, I’ve made some wonderful friends — some I’m still connected with, and others I’ve lost touch with, but all of them have been meaningful.
For new listeners, my advice would be to practice patience and empathy, while also staying active and mindful of your own space. Itss important to guide others but also to protect your own wellbeing. And don’t forget to take self-care breaks whenever need. Your mental health matters too <3

my favorite part of being a Member here on 7 Cups is that, 24/7, someone is here for me when i am feeling under the weather, or when i just need someone to talk to, which i am grateful for! my favorite part of being a Listener is that i feel great about being there for others, it gives me a sense of purpose and i get to relate to people all over the world!
as a long time member of 7 Cups, i recommend that all new members find themselves frequenting the Group Chats that 7 Cups has available to everyone here, free of charge, which can help them to open up and express themselves!
