Today, April 20 is Volunteer Recognition Day! Its inspiring to see all the hardwork and dedication our volunteers put in towards making a difference.
Every drop contributes to the ocean— every time you pick up a chat request, each time you offer guidance in the rooms, each time you make a new forum post, each time you look out for each others safety and each time you listen and support our members and fellow volunteers, you are making an impact which will last for a lifetime!

You are all amazing and wonderful Listeners. Thank you for being here. Thank you for all the Listeners who take the time in their day to listen to others. Thank you to the leaders for making this community even more heartwarming. Thank you to all the members who opened up to me and other Listeners. Thank you to all the members who gave me the chance to experience and learn about other people's perspectives.
I joined this as a Listener at 19th October 2019, a half year ago. I am so glad I did this. I met amazing people here, helped others, improved myself and my own mental health and I learned so much. This is an experience everyone would dream of. Till this day, I am still so grateful to be a part of this wonderful community.
Thank you @Gracey, @DontFearToDream and @RiverHudson1 and others for supporting and helping me in my journey to becoming better <3

@Tazzie just wanna use this as a chance to say that how much i appreciate everyone here volunteering 'cause i have seen so many people in my life both online and offline for many years who would've felt much better if they knew seven cups existed so thank you for being a help and sharing loveand it feels more than great to be a part of this community &-&

7 cups is an amazing community and I'm extremely happy to be a part of it. It gives us the amazing chance to volunteer, which is a life changing experience. I wouldn't trade it for anything.
