Day 6: 💓 Forgiveness in Our Greenhouse 💓
💗 Hay you wonderfuls 💗
💓🐑💓
🤗 And that’s okay 🤗
📍A friend reminded me recently:
acknowledge their courage. Just say thank you.”
💗I realized I can honor their effort without rushing my own healing💗
🤔 Perhaps it will resonate with you, feel free to give it a good thought 🤔
🫂 So today, I’m planting a seed of kindness toward myself 🫂
💜 If you’re holding something heavy, maybe it’s time to gently set it down 💜
🙂↕️ Not for them, but for you 🙂↕️
🌿 Reflection prompts for anyone who wants to share:

@AnnaSilverberg Hello there❤️🐦
💜 What does forgiveness feel like in your body?
It's like stoping repeating their memories in my mind. stop thinking about them. Not because I want to reconnect. It means I am neutral towards them. Nor friendly, nor aggressive.
🩷 Have you ever forgiven someone and felt the light rush in?
I'm not sure about that, maybe I did not forgive, just remove the person from my life. I'm beginning to forgot the memories, and that's nice. maybe not forgiveness or a rush of light, but letting go & feeling lighter, yes.
There are someone, maybe I can work on getting ready to forgive right now, as you wisely putted, not for them, but for myself. 💙🩵💙
@AnnaSilverberg
Forgiving myself was key for me.
Once I'd forgiven myself once, it was much easier to forgive others.
Hasn't made it any easier to forgive mysrlf for all the other things. But at least I know it's possible.
There was no sudden sense of peace for me, just less anger.
@AnnaSilverberg
💜 What does forgiveness feel like in your body?
Like liberation, peace and calm, a release of weight.
🩷 Have you ever forgiven someone and felt the light rush in?
Every time

💜 What does forgiveness feel like in your body?
Almost like the settling of an ocean floor. Everything was chaos, but I've given it all the chance to subside.
🩷 Have you ever forgiven someone and felt the light rush in?
I guess...I don't know. I've had times when someone apologizes, and it just feels genuine and complete. That's the closest I think I've ever been there.
...actually, I don't know if I'm ready to forgive her. I thanked her for her apology, although it doesn't seem genuine to me.
@AnnaSilverberg
That's lovely, Anna. It means a lot to me.
@AnnaSilverberg
Thanks for taking the time to write this and for tagging me 🥹
I really like the quote about how we can acknowledge someone's effort for apologizing but respect we needs time to move on. And forgiveness keeps remembering me about something else : Its ok to understand that someone who hurted us is having hard times too but doesn't mean we need to forgive and that our pain doesn't matter
(i skipped the questions because they are kinda personal)
Forgiveness helps me feel lighter.
Yes, I have. It has been a difficult process.
I am ready to forgive those who have hurt me in the past. I release that negative emotion.
