If I was being honest, I would say that our teens are often our leaders in the forums - most especially the support forums. I'll see someone who is consistently providing support there and, without fail, they'll be a teen. I just want to give a shout out to the following three listeners for beingsupportive in the forums :)

I spend a lot of time in the Support Forums and one listener that I really respect in the forums is @MichaelHelps. She has made a lot of positive, constructive posts in support of our members there and I really appreciate her doing so.

One of my favourite threads is 'I am proud of myself because...' and one of the things that I like doing is giving some real props to our members there. It's hard to do it consistently because it can be quite draining. A teen listener that I do see in there ofen is @MayaRainbow2. They are just great! :)

@PinkBlueBells

Something that I'm working on at present is collating links to all of the threads that have Anxiety coping methods or resources that members have shared in the support forums into one post. So imagine my surprise with PinkBlueBellsmade her now famous post of distraction links. It's just amazing.

I'm really fond of this thread, so I wanted to dig it out of the dusty cupboard at the back of the forums and give it a spin again. Sorry to anyone with asthma, it might be good giving this a wide berth for a while ❤

I really like the idea of adults and teens forum page where at least we can recognize each other. I guess we can do that in any forum or thread, but it is great to know that there is a special place dedicated to that.
