Now a days, books, I think.
Simple things like a flower in bloom, sunshine, greenery, absence of mood swings, waking up from sleep refreshed and rested, peace and harmony (without arguments), feeling energetic towards the evening, a good meditation session, walking, eating a healthy meal that I have cooked myself- these things make happy.
You know what would make the happiest? The day I can stop taking 10 pills a day because I am ok, and I can smile again.
