If you keep forgetting to drink water, here is how the Mindfulness community can help you.
Subscribe to this thread.
By Subscribing every time someone posts in the thread, you will get a notification as 'Drink Water - Reminder 💧'
Come and Post here, every time you drink considerable amount of water OR when you complete your daily water quota
You can use this post as your water intake tracker or log. So you will know how much water you have had and how much more to go.
Of course, there are apps for that too. Using this forum can be more effective, as the apps are only seen by you, but here your progress will be shared with the community.

Hi Stars! Your gif here reminds me of this scene in the tv show "Friends" when, it is either Joey or Chandler or maybe both! Sounds like a Joey thing though ... He says I can drink this gallon of milk in 10 seconds. talking to ?Rachel? and you can even time me. And then he does, drink the milk, but with a good 3/4ths of the gallon falling down the sides of his face, to his neck, to his shirt ... He finishes the pouring of milk on himself and drinking some :) with an emphatic "Done!" or "See?" and gently slams the empty milk jug on the kitchen counter. Ha! Can! ❤️ 😂 ❤️ 👍
