Quality has been one of those aspects on this site that I have felt greatly passionate about, not only due to its close link to safety but due to being able to benefit everyone! If we can take one step to improving ourselves as listeners, then we are creating a tenfold impact on our members by providing them good quality emotional support!
Ever since 2021, I am glad I have been able to contribute however I can in this domain and look forward to doing more ❤️

Aww thankyou for the tag, Tabbb Tabbb, quality is indeed important to all of us, and it's so amazing how there's so many listeners working on it both at a personal level by seeking mentors and coaches, taking trainings, practicing mock chats and taking time to settle in their listener role while continuing to grow, as well as leaders who stepped up in various roles to support the listening quality, provide more resources to the community and be an encouraging force for each other for the entire community, at large! ❤

It may be hard to see the progress made day-to-day, but know that every effort you've made has made a huge difference because we are still here today- stronger than ever- providing safe spaces for members and guests alike.
