Important Update -- Full Names

Hi, all! 🌞

I hope you're having a great start to October 🍂🍃 I wanted to keep you all in the loop about a decision that has been made regarding flagging.

Full names are a tricky topic, because we can't ascertain whether or not the name is real. However, some things to note are:

• Someone can easily search a name up and possibly cause harm to someone with that name, regardless of if it's the intended user
• It violates anonymity/confidentiality rules
• Personal safety is always a priority, and having a full name can be detrimental to that

As a result, from the current date (October 4th, 2025), we are asking that all safety team members flag full names.
