New Member Dashboard / Feed is Live!
Quick update - the new dashboard or feed is live for half of our members. This is something that is called an a/b test. We compare how two groups use the dashboard to better learn how it is being used and whether or not it is helpful. If you are not in the group that has the new dashboard, then just hang tight and you'll experience it in the coming weeks. We are using this time to continue to iterate on it. You all were very helpful when we reviewed the designs and updated it from the original to the latest version. This testing continues along those same lines. We will release a new dashboard for listeners soon.

For sure! Refreshing, as it's a bit of a different look than the old one. The new colors and set up are also refreshing to see. The new set up is easy to understand in that it's a lot clearer than the old dashboard was (at least for me). The old one got confusing sometimes, especially on the member side, it was really easy to accidentally connect to a listener when you didn't want to. Now it seems a lot harder to do that :) <3

Where do I get access???
@RideaRainbow Tani, it's visible to half and the other half will still have the old dashboard! If you can't see it, chances are you still have the old one. If you have a member account, you can try seeing if that has the new dash live! ❤️
@RideaRainbow soon! We just have to do 2 weeks of testing to better understand impact.

the intriguing part is the feed, it is already so interesting for me and I love how I can see more things from the forumland just sitting there waiting to be discovered 😛

Maps sound happy for this Platypus! and with the possibility of more clarity for us as members and listeners, especially on where to find things? = great! @RideARainbow my member side (aka here!) is not in 'the new' yet either. It's alright :) We shall wait with eager anticipation!
Maps... I like this idea very much. not just like some boring "Site Map" that you find a link at the bottom of some website that you've not explored much before ... but rather maybe even something hand drawn?! 😮 A treasure map! 🔑Look here, find the treasures that exist here at 7cupsofTea! We have mysterious islands of subcommunities... There is also forumland! (sounds a bit like Candyland! board games anyone?!!) Did I hear mention of a feed?!!!!!!!! @GlenM I know several of us 'oldies' -7cups age, not actual age- who might love to have a something called a feed. I shall try not to get too excited as I cannot see it right now and perhaps it - this new thing someone called Feed - is much different than what we 7cuppers of old knew. I miss the "of Tea" can you tell? <3

Thinking and hoping I'm in group "b." If I'm in the "b" group and hit some speed bumps or snags along the way, luckily I have the LSR and leaders here in the community to turn to for support/assistance and perhaps many of them have been in the "a" group. Hopefully, by you making the decision to divide this in half (quite brilliant might I add) we can have one part of the team pulling the others along! *high fives* and big *hugs* 😊❤️ Team work makes the dream work! 😊

The magical moment here is that the biggest one of all here on this site, our founder is able to come down to meet me (one of the smallest here on the site), thank me for pointing something out maybe in my moment of confusion, make me feel better about it all. To thank me for the "assist". Once again, I see over and over that you are being the "example around" here. Publicly saying thanks for the help, being transparent, having integrity always and I have seen it over and over in many of your forum posts. In times of need, hard times, you were an open book and asked for all of us to come together as a team and as a community! And it worked!
I truly hope this will stand as a lesson to all of us today. I really do.

@GlenM Everything is right there on one page. I can easily find the latest post. I can access the community calendar easier. It shows where you can access your growth path not just once but through out the entire feed!
It shows everything that's currently going on in the entire community. And at the top it gives your notifications.

I have the new dash on the members side. I love how you find the posts in the feed and easy access to the calendar too. Seems a lot easier to be part of the community and see the updates and things.
I also liked the pictures, they were simple, but nice. We all have different ways to understand things, and I really do think it's very helpful with icons and small simple pictures.
I liked how you can see more of "everything" without all the slide down bars.

I just think 7 Cups is very unique and there's no other site/app/community like it. Breakthrough, because it solves having to look for posts in all the forums and sub-communities, now they're all right there :)
@MoonChild1206 I agree with you. We have an amazing community - unique, off the charts smart, empathic. What a crew! I also hope you are right in it being a breakthrough. We have a lot to learn, but based on this feedback it feels like we are moving in the right direction!
