Feb 22 - Forum Stats to Profiles
Forum Upvotes & number of posts are now located on listener profiles.
As a reminder, these were always on member profiles. We have just added continuity to the Listener & Member profile pages! :)
@Laura is it not possible to see how many members return to speak to a listener? I don't know if that makes sense but to me it would be good to see which listeners have members who come back more than once
@Beth18 You can find the number of repeat members under "My Impact" from the your "Path" , Beth :)
@Chocoholic247 @Erato thank you both for replying but what I was meaning is, is there a way for members to see on a listeners profile how many returning members that particular listener has had
@Beth18 I don't think that option is available yet Beth, I maybe wrong, but I believe it only shows for that Listener how many repeat members theyvet had.

Do you know what the criteria is for a member to be considered as a "repeat" do you have to go some days without speaking to them?
@Beth18 If it's a member thing, you can find it under Path then My progress. It is where you can find the list of listeners you have talked to before. But if it's a listener thing, you can follow what @chocoholic247 said which is My Impact and is also under the Path Tab.
@Erato I think what Beth wants is to see this when looking at listener profiles. I think it could be a useful tool.

@Beth18 I agree that this is a useful piece of information to know about a listener. You can get a good idea of whether a listener tends to have a lot of one-off chats or focuses on a few regular members by looking at the ratio of "People Helped" to "Chats." Someone who has done 100 chats and helped 100 people is only chatting with each person once. Someone who has a high number of chats and has helped a relatively low number of people is what I usually look for in a listener.

I'm happy to have this, as members didn't have the # of forums posts. The only way to have an idea was badges and those stopped a while ago.
