I am letting go of things that I thought I had when my parents were alive but now that they are gone I realize that many of the things like security and safety were dreams I had. Now my security and safety is in my highest aspirations for this life, trying to be the person that I wanted others to be to me earlier in life.

I would call this last year a revelation year.
A year when i did some looking on the inside and now see that I have truly changed .. it happens so subtle we sometimes dismiss it. This year I know what changes have happened in me..... in my vantage point .. my accepting my faults/ strengths ....... as well as what I want in my life.

2024 gives me satisfaction from my growth probably because I experienced it for the very first time in my life! This year made me realise my inner potential and bestows cherishing life lessons!

I tended to feel better when I managed to push past the overwhelming anxiety and depression to do something. It was just rare.
