I've been thinking I should give tea more of a chance. I do like it, but I find it a little underwhelming which is almost frustrating to me. I do understand it has a calming effect though, and I think I need that.
I love coffee. I love the taste, I love the gentle stimulation. I believe it helps me think. But lately it feels I've been overthinking. Perhaps this is a sign to consume tea on occasion instead of coffee, especially if I'm feeling overwhelmed.
