I recently introduced somen to 7Cups, and she tried using the Teen Community Chat, and it popped up the phone number thing, to send her a code, but every time she typed her phone number in, it said that it didn't send a code, does anyone know why that's happening?

Hi! Do you see the ... dots on the upper right side of your chat window? If you click that you'll see the option to End Chat. Let me know if you're not seeing it.

@curiousbookishness It’s pretty typical for the heading of a chat to disappear after a while during the chat. I think this is so it's less cluttered while in a conversation.
You can refresh, or go elsewhere on 7cups and then reopen the chat in it should reappear.
